These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Thrive Pathways Group website and your purchase or use of services, programs, resources, consultations, and other offerings provided by Thrive Pathways Group (“Thrive Pathways”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using our website, booking a service, purchasing a program, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

1. About Thrive Pathways

Thrive Pathways helps Kingdom-minded builders build with God, for God, and according to His design.

We provide services that may include purpose and vision development, brand strategy, brand identity, website and digital development, business and revenue development, operations and systems, assessments, programs, consultations, and related services.

Our services are intended to provide strategic, creative, practical, and developmental support.

2. Our Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeframe, price, and requirements of each project or program will depend on the service purchased.

Where applicable, these details will be communicated through:

  • A service description
  • A quotation or proposal
  • An invoice
  • A booking confirmation
  • A program description
  • A written agreement
  • Email or other written communication

The applicable service-specific terms will form part of the agreement between Thrive Pathways and the client.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is not necessarily confirmed until Thrive Pathways has received the required information and, where applicable, payment.

For services requiring payment before commencement, Thrive Pathways may reserve the booking only after the required payment has been received.

Where a payment deadline is specified, failure to make payment by that deadline may result in the booking being canceled or released.

4. Payments

All prices will be communicated in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods may include electronic funds transfer, payment links, or other payment methods made available by Thrive Pathways.

Third-party payment providers may process payments on our behalf.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Where a payment plan is offered, each installment remains payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

5. Project Commencement

Thrive Pathways generally requires a minimum project commencement period of approximately two weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

Project timelines may depend on:

  • Client availability
  • Required information
  • Approvals
  • Content supplied by the client
  • Payment
  • Third-party services
  • Technical requirements
  • The complexity and scope of the project

Delays caused by the client or third parties may affect the project timeline.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the agreed service.

This may include:

  • Brand information
  • Business information
  • Content
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Credentials
  • Access to relevant platforms
  • Feedback
  • Approvals
  • Other information reasonably required for the project

Clients are responsible for ensuring that content and materials supplied to Thrive Pathways do not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

7. Scope of Work

Thrive Pathways will provide the deliverables included in the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional fees.

If you request additional work, we may communicate the additional scope and cost before proceeding.

8. Client Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving materials, designs, content, websites, documents, or other deliverables provided for approval.

Once a client approves a deliverable, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work where they fall outside the agreed scope.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Thrive Pathways retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, processes, methods, templates, systems, concepts, and proprietary materials.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final deliverables specifically created and paid for as part of the agreed project, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, software, plugins, themes, platforms, or other licensed materials remain subject to the applicable third-party terms.

10. Website and Digital Services

Where Thrive Pathways develops a website, landing page, digital page, or other digital asset, the client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, legal notices, and other required information unless these are specifically included within the agreed scope.

Website hosting, domain registration, third-party software, plugins, subscriptions, email services, and other external services may be subject to separate third-party charges and terms.

Thrive Pathways cannot guarantee the continued availability, pricing, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.

11. Strategic and Purpose-Based Services

Thrive Pathways provides strategic, creative, developmental, and purpose-focused services.

Our services are not a guarantee of a particular business, financial, personal, spiritual, or organizational outcome.

Where our services involve purpose, identity, vision, faith, or spiritual reflection, these services are intended to provide guidance and structured support and do not replace your own discernment, responsibility, professional advice, or relationship with God.

For business, financial, legal, tax, medical, mental-health, or other regulated matters, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

12. Purpose Discovery Program

Purpose Discovery is a guided program focused on identity, purpose, and vision.

The program is not a formula for discovering or guaranteeing a particular outcome.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, discernment, and application of the material provided.

Thrive Pathways does not guarantee that participation will result in a particular career, business, ministry, financial, personal, or spiritual outcome.

However, confidentiality may be subject to legal requirements, third-party service providers, security requirements, or circumstances where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
