The Story Behind Thrive Pathways Group

For years, I searched for purpose in books and formulas, believing it was something I could quickly discover. Only when I began to prioritize a deep, intentional relationship with God did everything transform. I realized purpose isn't something we construct for ourselves; it is revealed through intimacy, obedience, and alignment with God's original design. Through prayer, mentorship, and His Word, I began to see how God's hand had been guiding my assignment long before I understood His plan.
As my alignment deepened, I recognized a recurring struggle among gifted Kingdom leaders: many were succeeding in the wrong assignments, chasing trends, and burning out in confusion. Thrive Pathways Group was born out of a burden to solve this gap. Today, we equip Kingdom-minded builders to move from striving to alignment, bridging spiritual direction with practical strategy so that what God conceives in the Spirit is established with excellence on Earth.

We envision a remnant rising in this generation—Kingdom-minded builders who function as priests in the marketplace. They move beyond the confinements of the church to establish Heaven’s culture in every sphere of influence.
Guided by the Holy Spirit and kingdom principles, they build strategies, systems, and structures that reflect the excellent order of Heaven.
Rooted in Matthew 6:10, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven,” our vision is to see businesses, ministries, and organizations become living blueprints of Heaven’s design, advancing God’s Kingdom through faithful stewardship, total obedience, and alignment with His will.
